This specially designed SCR / DEF / DPF emulator is built for Detroit Diesel engines compliant with the EPA10 emissions standard, commonly found in Freightliner and Western Star trucks. It supports DD13, DD15, DD16, DD5, and DD7 engines from 2010–2013 and functions as a direct replacement for the ACM module.
This plug-and-play solution emulates the entire aftertreatment system, eliminating the need for DEF fluid, DPF regeneration, and related sensor faults — with no programming required.
Key Features:
- Complete emulation of SCR, DPF, and DEF systems
- Direct ACM module replacement
- Built with water-resistant, industrial-grade components
- Fast and simple installation
- Helps eliminate costly DEF and DPF-related issues
Installation Steps:
- Perform the “DPF Ash Accumulator” service routine using diagnostic software
- Remove the original ACM and install the emulator
- Remove or drill the DPF
Emulated Aftertreatment Components:
- Upstream and downstream NOx sensors
- Exhaust temperature sensors
- DEF pump
- Differential pressure sensor
- DEF quality and level sensors
- Entire ACM ECU
